The staff and the view.

Our air didn’t work, had to switch rooms. Then we were moved near a bunch of young kids who were yelling and screaming in the halls

It was clean beds were comfortable

They took out n over charged me other guests were having same issue . I paid threw booking n was over charged 3 separate charges I'm still disputing it I've given them my bank statement they email BK asking for documents that were already sent. Do not stay there if u do they will charge $800.00 for 2 nights n that doesn't include the $182.99 I paid to booking before I checked in

Location

Staff not been clear about parking. They told me I could park on the street and I got ticket for $51, parking cost $26.95. Not a good experience.
