The room was clean and check in was fast.

The price for one night was ridiculous. Seems like it was just a big old money grab. The hard rock should be embarrassed of all of the added on fees and charges. Also the drinks and food at the hard rock Cafe were horrible. For the price it should not come out luke warm and look like a fast food order. Probably will not be staying at your hotel again.

The Valet is a shit show. I paid at the automated terminals and that screwed everything up. I spent the rest of my stay having to deal with everyone trying to make me pay more than once for valet!
