Well appointed apartment. Great location and views. Very comfortable bed

No bbq as mentioned in description when I booked last year. It is no longer in the current description, however departure instructions in room say to leave the bbq clean. No bbq on property premises and ones in the park too far away.

Good location with Mantra amenities close by.

The iron leaked. Aircon difficult to get heating on, no basic instructions available.

Birds in the underground carpark pooping all over the car.

The resort is lovely & the apartments really nice in a great location close to all the restaurants & the amazing beach

The bathroom consists of glass panelled doors, have to be a little careful, and make sure you don't slip.

Not enough towels. Coffee machine doesn’t use commonly used coffee pods. We bought the wrong ones. A couple of coffee pods supplied would help to get the right ones. Start up supplies e.g. coffee, milk, sugar, washing powder would have been appreciated. No toiletries supplied in bathroom. Cleaning products to clean toilet and bathroom especially if you stay as long as we did for 10 days. The safe was disabled and we expected the use the safe which was on the unit instruction manual. Suggestion: the air conditioning unit needs a service - filters dirty. Blinds need servicing, second door-blind doesn’t stay up. Balcony doors unable to be locked.
