The check-in was quick and fussfree. The rooms were generally clean except for the single bed room which had a very strong smoke smell. The whole apartment looks modern and has a big floor area, bed is comfy but sofa has a few stains. There is free parking but each apartment is allocated to one specific lot which you will have to use throughout your stay, othewise you will risk your car getting clamp. There are 4 lifts at the lobby but waiting for an available lift takes a very long time, can be up to 10 mins, especially during check out timing as the lifts service 30 over floors. Area was quiet and there are lots of eateries and minimarts opposite the building, some 24hrs. There is a petrol station nearby as well. Overall quite satisfied with the stay.

Dirty gluey stuff on mirror, needle found on bedroom floor, unknown stuff in kitchen sink. Booked for 3pax but third person's pillow did not have pillow case. We did not use water excessively but hot water ran out whilst second pax was taking shower halfway. Third pax had to go to toilet at swimming pool to shower. Reported dirt to counter but no action taken. Reported lack of hot water to counter, a staff came to check but reply was that we used up the hot water. No towel rail. 2 thin hooks placed at sink level - how to hang towels? No other hooks, no place to put clothes in bathroom. No privacy - side door was see-through glass visible from car park! This is not even a hotel nor a properly serviced apartment. My worst booking from hotels.com.

Room was nice and clean. However very difficult to communicate with the company through Whatsapp/phone call. Asked for early check out and the staff said 7am but the staff arrived at 7:45am. Needs improvement on the service department.

Overall it was a nice stay. Clean property, nice view and easy access to eateries area. However, it would be better if the property provides some complementary food such as instant coffee/ tea and an additional blanket

good family facilities like swimmimg pool tennis coutt etc but the room srvice is bad as only clean on demand

No room service in 3 nights that we stayed there! At beginning they gave a room which was smelly and had a bad view to the street and they insisted that there is the only available room; then i contacted (Hotels.com)and then they changed my room to better level and none smelled one.
