How it was close to Knotts

I checked in at 3:00 by 3:40 I noticed there was bed bugs. And I quickly reported it and asked for ny refund and I didnt even get a refund due to the place being infested with bed bugs and I didn't stay there.

"Would've a least gold of my money back"

I would like my money back the place was dirty smelled bad the area was bad the lock on the door was not working right we had to put a chair to make sure we would sleep OK spider webs all in the restroom

Have the people clean more especially beds there was dog hair on them towels there was hair on them not happy I usually don't complain but this place was dirty
