Lovely property, clean, modern, tidy, the views around the course is beautiful, it’s quiet and tranquil. The clubhouse is beautiful, well maintained, and most importantly the staff are amazing - friendly, attentive, professional. Access to 13th beach is easy, through the course and only a 10-15 min walk.

Everything, linen, soft furnishings, bathroom, scenery, restaurant, staff and it was peaceful.

Everything. Beds were comfy, everything was clean. Easy check in and check out

That not every night was dinner open so you would have to make a small drive into town

Clean and included all we needed. Lovely outlook across the golf course and loved the coffee machine.

Only 2 coffee capsule were supplied for 2 days and nights for 2 people. We would have been greatful for a few more. No cleaning or beds made over our stay. We were not told about this-a minor issue but we would have appreciated knowing.

Location was good. We chose it because it was close to lorne and geelong.

Breakfast was quite poor. YOu only get a drink and an a'la carte selection from a limited menu. Bathroom was disappointing for winter stay. It was very cold. It should have had floor heating given that it was a tiled room.

The Deluxe Studio was spacious, warm and clean. Lovely views out towards the Barwon River and the clubhouse.
