The smell in the hotel was horrible. As soon as I walked in I was hit with this horrible smell that lasted the whole stay. Then the beds kept squeaking. And then in the middle of the night the fire alarm goes out we're thinking it's a fire in the hotel but the alarm is only going off in our bedroom and they would not do anything to accommodate us to give us a refund they just said sorry thank you for staying.

Very comfortable and convenient property to stay in, the only issue i have faced, has been when getting a rideshare from the airport, the address of the property does not line up with their navigation and i end up having to direct them

Checked in , checked the bed and found nasty mold all over the sheets, went to front desk to switch rooms and guy was rude and didn’t care. Said I’ll just refund you and you can find somewhere else

Room was somewhat musty, but when in Galveston it’s expected. Great staff, clean, and breakfast bar was neat and clean.
