good rooms... overpriced.... I assume because of location near airport.

Check in time.. travelers can't check in until 3 pm... but you must check out by 11. I can see that being the case if you were totally booked up the night before and you need time to clean the rooms; but if you have room availability, even if I reserved a queen, but you have a KING available.. don't make me wait 2 hrs for a queen.. just swap me out and into another room that you have available and that is not already reserved. The customer experience would be so much better

Room service was on time every other day, and was kept clean during my whole stay in the hotel. Personnel are very professional and attentive to customer needs or questions asked. Excellent hotel, will recommend it without any doubt.

Didn't observe anything that would dislike me.
