Refused to accept payment using a digital credit card from my iPhone wallet. They asked to see a physical credit card which was never mentioned anywhere during booking. Very disappointed with their attitude, they left us stranded for hours along with my babies in the middle of the night. Agent from booking.com were not helpful at all. I had to use my old European Visa card to make the payment, since I didn’t had my Canada physical card.

"Great experience for mobility impaired"

All the staff were very helpful. Front desk were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was unobtrusive. Breakfast staff were very welcoming. Only one niggling complaint: Ontario apples are in season but the only fruit on offer were bananas.

Came here for a work event for 3 nights, 2 of the 3 nights we had to call front desk due to severe noise from other guests in the hallways and nearby rooms. Room was very clean and tidy however the lack of sleep due to noise issues greatly disappointed. Breakfast was limited and ran out of meat to enjoy with other hot food. Otherwise food was average
