The property has a lot of potential. I liked how clean it was, the bed was nice and comfortable, and I love that they had two microwaves and two mini fridge in the room. The floors could use some work. $160.00 was a little pricey, even for Memorial Day weekend given how much work this property needs. There were even old couches, tables and chairs sitting outside of the property. The aesthetic was terrible.

There were stains on some of the chairs in the room. I think maybe water stains because a lot of parents bring their children there for the pool. The big tv should’ve been in the bedroom not the living room. There were cops outside of the hotel and they just happen to be looking for something on the ground outside of our room and the flashlights they were using outside of our bedroom window woke us up. They even glanced inside of our room thru the window and we are people of color. It made us feel very uncomfortable. The locks on the doors should be updated too.
