Really nice property set amongst the rolling hills with great views. Breakfast is tasty and pool area is very relaxing and most of the staff were lovely - read on for only negative in that respect.

Rooms were a bit tired. Our curtain was torn, one of the lights didn’t work (and it was quite dark in the room anyway). The shower overfilled and was a bit cramped in the bathroom. The door lock was incredibly stiff and took us about 5 minutes to get out (we thought we might be locked inside). The welcome was quite short and brusque without any local tips/recommendations. The dinner is also quite pricey but was good (as mentioned in other reviews), make sure to ask about the price beforehand if you’re worried about cost. However, the biggest disappointment was upon checkout - the owner tried to charge us again despite us having booked the accommodation through ‘booking.com’. Her exact words were “you have paid booking.com but you haven’t paid me” and she tried to charge us the entire price of our two night stay AGAIN! It’s only because I’m meticulously well-prepared and knew we had paid that she eventually relented. I complained to booking.com who contacted her to confirm we had paid. It was not a nice experience to finish our stay sadly and left us with a bad taste :(

Good buffet breakfast. Excellent dinner available at extra cost with choice of wine to buy. A good location with plenty of places to visit.our favourite was a visit to Erice using the cable car from Trapani. An excellent outside area with a great pool.

Wish we were able to ask about places to visit and where to eat on a night. But that’s our fault as we couldn’t speak Italian. No room service. Felt the whole property lacked a personal touch other than our evening meal

This is like a small oasis, it is small and quiet, having the pool there was great for the hot afternoons. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the food is excelent. The location is also ok, it was easy to get around with the car and there is a small village very close with shop and pizza if you want something else.

Great facilities and the pool a treat at the end of the day. Like others have noted Rosa’s evening meals a pleasure.

Beautiful property among olive groves and vineyards. Was easy access to highway to get to Segesta, and Trapani, Marsala, Castellammare del Golfo, about half hour drive away. Nice winery nearby, a few restaurants about 10 minutes away drive. Breakfast was all very good each morning. Some nights they are open for dinner, which was very good. Was a pleasant stay in the Sicilian countryside and farm communities.

La struttura è in un luogo di pace e silente suggestivo, giardino molto curato, camere pulite. Il personale è stato molto accogliente e cordiale. Le Colazioni abbondanti con prodotti locali e di casa e buonissime torte di Anna. Anche la cena preparata da Rosa è stata gustosa e abbondante, ottima carne arrosto. La consigliamo Vivamente.
