Great location, easily accessible

Housekeeping was inconsistent. It took them a while to finish tidying up and they forgot to leave a full set of towels. It was rather inconvenient to get another set late into the night when we’re trying to get our kids showered and in bed. If possible, you may want to bring your own pillows. The pillows provided were not the most comfortable.

Loved that you had a pool but really wish there had been a hot tub to use after long days of walking!! Bonus to have Weber Grill attached to the hotel!

No hot tub in pool area and the pool was super small. Our granddaughter did swim each day though so that was a bonus and we just would have liked an adult hot tub.

Location was perfect! Rooms were a perfect size!

Asked for extra towels 4 different times and finally at 2am in the morning we received the extra towels. Room was warm till they come to check the ac. Was not informed about the $100 deposit for each night until the front desk person told us and was extremely rude about it! Even The line to check was extremely long. One person checking in while 3-4 people stood and talked at end of desk counter. Only one door to enter and exit out of during high traffic times. The smell was so strong in the front lobby we got sick.
