Tobago Hibiscus Golf Villas & Appartments

The stay was wonderful, the location is breathtaking, with the beach and Mount Irvine very close by. The host was incredibly friendly and took exceptional care of his guests. We can’t wait to come back! Mary and Daniel

Nothing to complain, everything was perfect!!

The owner cancelled my reservation on the day/time of check in. He claimed something happened to the sewer system and the villa couldn't be rented. What a coincidence that this occurred just at the time we were to check in. He claimed he had to wait with the plumber and couldnt provide my refund at first. Later in the day- after hours lost trying to secure similar accomodation- I called him to meet up but suddenly he was at the local beach and not dealing with the supposedly major sewage leak that caused him to cancel the reservation. My guess is he overbooked and didn't want to say that. My family and I could have been stranded. We had precious time wasted trying to find alternative arrangements and yet there was nothing done to compensate us for the major inconvenience which was the worst part of the experience. All the while he kept saying: "it's a very ugly situation ". Yes, ugly situation indeed. To add insult to injury I received a message from booking.com stating that he had notified them that I hadn't checked in - when in reality he cancelled the reservation at the last minute. Please save yourself the distress and plan to stay elswhere.

Brilliant location

Our Host was very hospitable and friendly! The villa was VERY clean and that is important to me when staying somewhere. Would definitely recommend here as a spot to stay to friends.

Hibiscus Golf Villas are really beautiful well laid out in a cozy location. Clinton was amazing. Forever helpful to the degree of even finding us another great location when we had to stay an extra night above the plan. I will definitely be back at a time when I can spend more days and enjoy the great facilities.

Most of all beautiful view ,quite and peaceful it was all we needed and a big thank you to Mr Clinton.

The location is so calm & beautiful. The owner gave us a free upgrade from an apartment to a small house because the hotel was so empty. One night we wanted to bake a pizza but we didn’t have any oven, so we sent him a message over WhatsApp; five minutes later he was at our door with a portable oven, WOW!!
