"Too much for the price not clean or up to par enough for the price"

Comfortable bed nice room setup other than that the wall plug was so hard it broke my only charger the tub was horrible an the counters were filthy otherwise it was a nice stay

"Don’t stay at Westmont ESA. Horrible customer service"

Lazy lazy lazy people work here. At night after 10 pm the front desk closes and supposedly there is an overnight person on the premises in a room at the hotel Friday night - key wasn’t working. Took 45 minutes for someone to come down and open front desk. I’ve stayed at other ESA hotels This is by FAR the worst one DONT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
