"Really comfortable stay with great staff"

Good location, walkable to restaurants and shops. Great, friendly staff. Very large 1-bd suite with washer/dryer which were useful to us after a couple of weeks of travel. Well equipped kitchen for our breakfast needs.

房间大小还可以

没见过热水一次只能一个人使用的酒店，第二个人洗到一半头上全是泡沫没热水了，狼狈的只能包好出来等。不到晚上九点，reception已经完全没人，电话打不通，booking上也联系不上，email也没有任何人回复，瑟瑟发抖等了40分钟后只能用水壶烧热水冲了澡。写的邮件一直到第二天早上才看到回复，没见过如此差劲的服务与设施。并且从酒店回复的意见内容来看已经有房客反馈过这个问题，但是却没有维护设施以及在房间内放置任何的notice。一大早就退房，不想多待一秒！
