Everything was fine

I paid for a king bed and got to my room and it was two queens. The room absolutely stunk. Like bad hygiene and sex. I called front desk and they said that you can book a king bed with booking and once it gets to the hotel they can choose what they want to give you. She said they didn’t have any more rooms. Got off the phone. Then the shower DID NOT TURN ON. Once I realized the shower didn’t work I called again and no answer from front desk. It was late, 4 am , my flight was 3 hours delayed and after getting my rental car, parking and getting to my room all I wanted to do was have a shower and relax and the room absolutely stunk and there was ZERO running water in the shower. I had an 11 am meeting an hour drive away. The next evening when I got back from my meeting, I went to front desk, told them about the disgusting room and no running water and said I wanted a refund for that night. They said booking.com has to issue the refund. They switched me to another room which was also two queens (not the King which I paid for). That room’s bed had a massive dent in it as though a severely overweight person had been sleeping in the same spot on it for years. Terrible experience. Plus, when I went to get the new room, I asked for a late check out and front desk said sure, and now I see a $15 charge on my credit card from holiday inn which the front desk attendant said nothing about. Terrible terrible experience. Demanding a refund.

The mattress needed to be repaced years ago. It had a visually and physically obvious valley in the middle that caused backaches. We also had 3 large moths as roomates.

It was very clean and very comfortable.

I wasn’t able to find all of the facilities listed.

The rooms were not up to date. Shower curtain had a stain , window curtain had a tear and the sliding door did not lock, which is extremely dangerous. Parking lot way too small.
