DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They ask you to give a deposit of 500 zlotis in cash but they never give it back!!! I've tryed to contact with them several times but they don't answer back. So disappointing.

Well i thought it would have been ok until the first day we was ment to go to the apartment we was told in the morning without any explanation that we have to stay in another apartment of the company because ours was not ready. We then had to stay in the different one for two weeks then the last three weeks to our original booking. Our original booking was dirty bed full of head hair and toilet smelt like the clean had been for the toilet herself in it and the balcony door was broken if you opened it just hanging by one hinge. The toilet seat would swing off to one side and the cups was dirty in the cupboard

Be prepared to be blamed for damaging the property so they can steal your £100 deposit from you and be blamed for damaging there dining table along with the already broken toilet seat and according to the very very rude manager i broke a candle stand that was already in half when they put us in the apartment. When they said i wasn’t allowed to have my deposit back the agency said it would be better if i stop denying and just be honest to them. I think they keep your deposit to pay for electricity and water from customers stay. Also when I messaged the agency about our apartment that it wasn’t clean i was spoken to very they said to me i should be happy with what i have been given because the other apartment they put me in at their own fault not mine was 200PLN more a night in which i then said this was not my fault you had to put me in another apartment because our booking wasn’t ready.

You have everything you need( kitchen, washing machine, huge balcony etc.)
