Hostrelax Residences on South Bank

The location was perfect to Southbank and Uilodge where I booked m son in to stay for university.

This is a very modern apartment in a great location. The ease of getting around Southbank and the with the Southbank train station down stairs it could not get any more convenient. Couple this with the small but excellent shopping centre in the building it makes for a very pleasant stay in Brisbane. My only small irritation was the lack of coat hangers in the closet but apart from that excellent. I would certainly stay here again and will also recommend it to friends travelling to Brisbane.

The property is in the Emporium South Brisbane although they won’t tell you that as it looks like they’re not allowed to rent the apartment out. You can’t talk to anyone at the property for help or go to the front counter. You have to pick up your key from a lock box located on half a bicycle across the street from the hotel. The apartment is nice but stank of old mop in the bathroom and hallway. Nice apartment and location but crappy check in and smelly bathroom.
