"The worst night we've ever spent in a hotel"

This was an extremely disappointing and exhausting experience. The hotel chose to prioritize a New Year’s disco with extremely loud music and shouting directly under the guest rooms, making sleep completely impossible. We asked the reception to change our room, explaining clearly that we were traveling with children and that we had a very long drive the next day. Our request was refused, with no solution or empathy offered. As a result, we were left completely exhausted and unfit for travel the following day. This shows a total lack of respect for guests’ comfort and wellbeing. Organizing such an event without proper soundproofing, room relocation options, or prior warning is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to care about its image and guests. I would strongly not recommend this hotel to families, travelers, or anyone who values rest, professionalism, and basic consideration.
