"The location is great but the check out really has to get better"

The location was great.

They woke you up at 10 am with a phone call to make sure that you will be ready for the check out an hour after that. Again they call you at 10:55am to see when you’re going to be out of the room. And they check after if you haven’t brake anything in the room before you leaving. Reception was not like the photos / what you imagined. Finally, they argue with us with the laundry, saying that they weren’t having any changes for us to pay - but finally got some after a while arguing….
