Our experience at this hotel was outstanding. We especially appreciated the amazing service from Kristian at the front desk. She was kind, helpful and very informative.

The Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina has a very convenient location, IF you are attending a convention at the convention center directly across the street. Being able to walk there is definitely a major advantage. I had a room with a great view and plenty of space, which made the stay more comfortable. However, the hotel itself feels extremely old and in need of renovation. Cleanliness standards also need significant improvement. Service was inconsistent and overall below what I would expect from a Hilton property. The most disappointing part was definitely the concession kiosk/store inside the hotel. Prices were outrageously inflated on almost every item, seemingly taking advantage of the fact that there are limited nearby alternatives. Honestly, it felt excessive and not appropriate for a hotel of this standard. Overall, the location is excellent and the room size/view were positives, but the property urgently needs upgrades and better service management. The pricing practices at the kiosk are especially disappointing and frankly shameful for the Hilton brand.

People are out the pool until about 1:30 in the morning and I tried to call security in the front desk approximately 25 times and no one ever picked up. So it was almost 2 o’clock before I got up and I had to leave the next morning at 5 AM. All the hotel did was say they were sorry and that they had a rough night but that wasn’t an excuse.
