"Horrible place to stay, it was fake advertising."

Nothing from what they promoted was included or said like it was online. Horrible service, dirty, a/c didnt work, have to pay for tv service, no restaurant or food to eat breakfast or any means. Its unacceptable.

I didnt like anything.

En general está bien, solo que la verdd nos tocó una habitación que no se veía como en sus fotos. Por lo demás y para no estar mucho tiempo en Veracruz fue lo suficiente.

Lo único que me gusto es que la habitación está amplia. Lo demás deja mucho que desear, la regadera con moho, igual que el lavabo. No había suficiente papel higiénico, no hay teléfono en la habitación que me toco, si quería algo tenía que ir hasta recepción. Las toallas eran blancas, ahora beige por lo percudida que están, las sábanas manchadas, las cobijas rasposas. No lo recomiendo.. 😕
