"Good location and a reliable property"

Houston is huge and busy with tons of hotels. This was night three on a cross-country trip and I stayed in the area to catch an Astros game. This property was adjacent to a highway with loads of restaurants/stores nearby. The property was fine, nothing that blows you away, but just a reliable Hampton Inn that served its purpose.

We have stayed at nicer Hampton Inns and this one wasn’t as nice. It was still okay for our family, but did look older and smaller. The back door wouldn’t open with the key card. Breakfast was okay; typical hotel continental breakfast.

The accommodations were very clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and amazing, with special commendation to Ms. Danita. She provided excellent care upon my arrival. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay, and I certainly plan to return.
