"BAD SHUTTLE SERVICE TO AIRPORT"

Has been a convenient hotel in the past. This time was different. We left our car there with WAY.COM for a week while we traveled to the Caribbean. Upon our return, we hauled all our luggage out to the hotel shuttle pick up in Terminal E after our international arrival. Well: BEWARE! They DO NOT PICK UP at any terminal other than A and C. This was NOT indicated on their web site advertising airport shuttle service. The staff was irritated when I called and told me "well, I guess you'll have to get an Uber." She told me I could take subway aver to terminal C. As scuba divers we carry a LOT of luggage. So we hauled all our luggage back into the airport, down the elevator to LL only to discover that the subway train was not working. After walking the entire way to terminal C and hauling all our luggage back outside we then waited for nearly an HOUR for the shuttle. (we saw every other hotel shuttle twice). When the shuttle arrived the driver was VERY physically challenged and was unable to help with any of the luggage. She stood there watching while the passengers struggled getting the luggage on. So BEWARE! Don't expect normal/efficient shuttle service from this hotel! Next international visit we're going BACK to the DoubleTree.

We always stay at this hotel when we visit family in Houston. We love Rande and Paige. They are always so welcoming. We love Kobe, in the restaurant, she always gets our order right and the service is quick and food delicious!
