Que no tenian alimentos gluten free en el drsayuno, a pesar de haberlo pedido en la reserva confirmada. En 4 desayunos no supieron resolverlo a pesar de tenerlo pago en la tarifa acordada.

The bathroom no waste basket and wasted room, worse was the small area outside the bathroom no room for anything to try and wash or especially put on makeup and do hair.

Although it was marketed that we would have access to the following amenities: Pool, Refrigerator, and Ice Machines, we didn’t get all of these amenities even though we paid the full rate of pay. Our athletes use these amenities for their needs (icing, PT exercise, relaxation, feeding), but we didn’t have use of them or they all weren’t working. The look of the hotel and the politeness of the staff was standard, just wish that we would have gotten our money’s worth considering we paid for amenities we didn’t get to utilize.
