"Doubletree is a lovely hotel, very clean, very nice."

I love how clean the entire hotel is and very pretty.

The water in the rooms had a very oily feeling to it, it felt like you couldnt tell if all the soap was off.

Nous avons aimé les services complets offert sur place : restaurant et bar, la piscine (gros atout), salle de sport , navette régulière toutes les heures qui vous amène au centre ville de Key West, personnel adorable, chambre moderne et confortable !

Le fait de devoir payer le stationnement 20$ US par jours sachant que l’hôtel possède un vaste parking qui je pense devrait être offert aux clients. Il serait apprécié une ou deux bornes pour voiture électrique sur place. Le gros inconvénient de notre séjour : le bruit ! Les gens sont bruyants couloirs, chambre d’à côté et ceux à n’importe quelle heure de la journée ce n’est pas vraiment reposant et agréable.

Bar and pool was nice. Nice location. Breakfast was good

Cookies very hard couldn't eat them. Elevator didn't work on are side.Half used bar of soap in soap dish

The staff were wonderful since the moment we walked in. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. We loved it and will definitely return in the future.
