great location, close to duval street , you can do anything by walking great gardens and flowers we designed our home in Florida after the gardens in this hotel

oh boy, first i have been to this place more than half a dozen times. the location is great, the gardens are fantastic. the customer service not so much. this place brands itself as a luxury hotels of the worlds. i have been to many of their counterparts and never experienced such poor customer service i have not only been a loyal customer of this place but an advocate to bring my friends here. well long story short i won't be back we came down here for my birthday with the family. on the day of my birthday I tried to call the front desk to get an ice bucket to chill our champagne and get some glasses to celebrate the occasion. nobody would answer the front desk for over an hour. walked to the front desk to get an ice bucket and glasses. 2 hours later i received a text message from the front desk, that my best bet for a glass would be to walk to the drug store across the street. ice bucket, i am still waiting for it explained my frustration at checkout to the front desk and they assured me that this was not their standard and they would follow up. so i waited 10 days before writing this review crickets

The property is located perfectly close enough to Duval for a short walk. But far enough away that you could relax and unwind

The rooms are on the smaller side

Room privacy, breakfast outside, roosters walking around, very authentic.

Room was not cleaned until around 6PM, too late in the dayt

Everything. Rooms beautiful. Staff friendly. Location amazing. Food served at the bar was incredible, got the chicken sandwich every day during my stay!!

The atmosphere was good. Staff was very attentive even when we asked for a different accomodation.

The little courtyard was nice but the air conditioner (which was very noisy) blew hot air on the setting available so it was very uncomfortable to sit there.
