Nothing is to be liked when your safety and belongings are at stake.

The staff are thieves and reckless. While me and y husband were asleep, they (Accidently) rebooked our room to someone else, gave them a key, and had them entering our room while we were sleeping. Additional to that on our last night staying on the property the staff entered my room because they did not see me or my husband's vehicle on site and attempted to steal my belongings until the authorities were involved. If you care for your safety and belongings, do not boo with this property.

They didn't change bedding, didn't empty trash, didn't bring us any towels.

I booked online with hotels.com because it said breakfast and showed a picture of a bathtub. Since I can't stanup for showers and I am a fall risk due to my back. They said that is just a photo but not for that room but it was in the picture of the room I clicked on. Anyway they couldn't accommodate me and they didn't have an elevator or space on the ground floor. The shower sprayed all over the top of the door to the floor so we threw a washcloth over it and called the office so they could fix it after we left. The only thing I liked was the a/c was cold but it was loud. Their version of breakfast was little packaged donuts and cold cereal. No fruit no snacks we had to go to McDonald's just to get something for breakfast.

The rooms were really cleaned. The comfy of the bed was top tier.

There is not a lot of parking space, and the exterior stairs could use an upgrade leading to the second floor.

it was dirty and had not been cleaned in the bath room for months. bed linen looked like it has not been changed as it was stained. extremely noisy.
