Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas

My sister, mother, and I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Las Vegas, and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Jacqueline at the front desk, whose kindness and professionalism set the tone for our stay. We were delighted to receive an upgrade to a beautiful suite with a wonderful view. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed, with attention to detail that made our stay feel truly special. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job and consistently ensured everything was perfect. We were traveling with my 80-year-old mother, and every member of the staff—from the front desk to the restaurant team—went out of their way to be accommodating, attentive, and helpful. The combination of luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality made this a memorable stay. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend the Four Seasons Las Vegas to anyone looking for an exceptional Las Vegas experience.

From arrival to departure this is a top notch hotel. Excellent rooms and food. Typical Four Seasons level of quality in all respects. This hotel occupies the top floors of the Mandalay Hotel by dedicated entrance and elevators. Each and every employee we interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

This is the best hotel in Vegas if you want peace away from the craziness! The luxury and attention to detail that Four Seasons is known for is consistently delivered here and I could not be more grateful for the opportunity to step into a magical cocoon of happiness when I'm in town. The bed is awesome, even the run of house King room has a tub, housekeeping is on top of every detail (thanks for keeping my coffee pods full at all times:) and the valets and door staff take care of getting us from A to B in style. The pool is perfect (though maybe crowded but compared to the big Vegas pools its amazing) and if you want to get more action you can go next door to Mandalay Bay pools. Lunch menu at the pool is tasty + they come around with treats like chocolate muffins, pineapple skewers, hummus & chips on the house (really!). I love it here - thanks Four Seasons Las Vegas!

I stayed at the hotel with my wife, as I was attending a conference at the Aria, but wanted to be a bit out of the strip. The hotel is fantastic - very tranquil and not manic, despite being close to strip and Mandalay Bay. Staff were very attentive and we received excellent customer service. Pool staff were first class, constantly checking if we were ok and offering drinks and snacks etc. The gym was well appointed. The suite was HUGE and had a great view of strip. Pool area is small but very nice and you can use other pools if you want. Hotel was spotless throughout. Bar drinks were great, although a bit pricey. Only downside was breakfast which had limited options for me as a vegetarian. And again was a bit pricey. Overall, the hotel was superb. We won’t stay anywhere else in Vegas now! Well done Four Seasons and its staff.
