"Decent but not worth the price"

Drink offered upon entering, front desk staff was super accomodating.

Hotel was nice, gym was small and tucked in a strange corner and hard to find. Bathroom was dusty and smelled like smoke.

The rooms were exceptional with all the amenities offered. They do turn down servuce but neglected our room. i’m told they place slippers and clean towels & water in rooms n the evening which would’ve been nice. There are resort fees & $49/day for parking. only valet offered but you can come and go at your leisure.. if you want to hang out poolside four seasons sits above the mandalay bay hotel & you will be using Mandalay’s beautiful pools . Staff were warm & welcoming . Spa is a day spa with steam room only but very nice just the same.The candle wax massage is a must! i will return as this is away from the main strip area at the far south end which is a wonderful retreat from hustle & bustle. I’d recommend this for a quiet retreat for couples only.

Чистота и локация

На ресепшене долго заселяли, никто не сообщил о готовности номера, заселились после 17:00, при выезде вписали room service на сумму 58$, хотя я ничего не заказывал. Очень долго возвращают депозит. Никто в отеле не сообщил, что есть альтернативные варианты кафе и ресторанов в соседнем помещении не выходя из комплекса Mandalay Bay. Персонал ужасный
