JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa

Being able to check in early was a life changer. The food on the property was great. My on issue was not having a shuttle to and from the airport.

I usually stay at Red Rock but chose JW Marriott based on the positive reviews! From the moment I drove up, the valet (Brent) was so helpful and kind. Then Marcus helped Me at the front desk and really set the tone for my 4 days there. Rooms were wonderful, I loved the jetted tub! I stayed in the Spa tower and absolutely loved it!! Grounds are beautiful

Very updated from when we visited in 2013. Did a grand job. Service was excellent and staff so friendly and helpful. The only “negative “ was at the pool on Sunday where a group of guest ranging in 55 years old down to a 8 month old. They were an extended family. The one grandchild was about 2 . He had a bathing suit on no diaper. Also this family was eating IN THE pool. Super unsanitary but just gross. Needless to say we left the area. We tried to go to the hydrogen area but was told we needed to have Marriott points. All in all wonderful stay great place. See you July 2026

Amazing will come again

We had a nice stay here. We had some wind noise from balcony door, but wasn’t a huge problem. Pool was nice, water temp was awesome, really enjoyed the pool. Pool chairs could use a nice refresh/update.

Would like more bar places. Love the staff and their service, but hate how they gave us a rough time trying to obtain a kart to get our items out the hotel. Amazing property. Very peaceful.

Hi dear friends! Well its time for my yearly review of this beautiful property. As you know, we have been visiting the JW Marriott Summerlin for many years at least bi monthly if not more. This property have grown and improved over the years as there is much thought put into it as a place off strip. As you have read, it is an older property that is going through much renovation. Yes, a little growing pains but please be patient. It seems as if it will be well worth it. As always though, the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The bell staff never disappoint! Michael, Egan, Cliff, Terry, Todd and Todd are the very best at providing the service we have come to appreciate and love here.They are each amazing! Lisa at the front desk is truly wonderful and our casino host Brenda is truly the best host anyone could ask for. She is available and attentive to whatever ever you will need as a player and guest! You will not be treated better at any other hotel casino, including the strip. And we have experienced them all! The rooms are well appointed and the casino is making amazing additions of restaurants, spa and casino floor. We we are looking forward to trying them soon. A lot is changing in the hospitality business, but this staff is consistently wonderful and caring. If you are looking for a lovely property off strip. This is still the place! Enjoy
