The breakfast and location were very good. Also Danielle at the front desk was very friendly, accommodating, always greeting us with a smile. Also the young man at the desk didn’t get his name very friendly, gave me great advice/directions.

I only dealt with one staff member. The woman at my check in. Not personable not customer service skills. My check out was ok (not with her).

First I told the front desk girl the fan was making a noise, so she said she would have maintenance fix it. They actually moved me to a different room, but did not move my unpacked bags. keys did not work for me to get my back, so i had to go back down. In general based on my experience with her (which I got so frustrated with and told her to call the police if she wants -which she did). The end result was she gave me new keys that worked and I got my bags and moved them to my new room. I will never stay at this hotel again. I highly recommend the public avoid this hotel too.
