Beautifully beach nearby, walking distance to Santa Cruz, really nice pool, comfortable room with balcony. Nice service. Really all you need for your stay in good price!

Me sorprendió gratamente el lugar, desde la ubicación hasta la habitación misma pasando por la recepción el restaurante y la alberca, si llevan niños lo amaran .. se arma muy buen ambiente por la tarde

It was very clean and the location, near to the beach, was great.

The room was very utilitarian. At check in we were required to wear a plastic wrist band which was very uncomfortable and unnecessary. The room was sparse, the beds were very hard and had a plastic mattress protector that made a noise every time you move which kept us awake. They were playing very loud echoing music around the pool that could be heard in every part of the hotel, all afternoon until 9pm. The walls were paper thin and we could hear the people in the room next door partying until 4am. We got zero sleep. My husband ordered a beer at the bar and wasn't allowed to take it to the room in case he cut himself on the glass bottle. We've never felt more uncomfortable at a hotel.
