great location spacious place

AC are very moldy, a strong mold smell were coming out of the AC in the bedrooms. ( I didn't signal it) Check in time differ from booking time. its confusing to know which photos go with which apartment. it would be helpful to be able to pick the apartment we would like stay in. I saw a view of the ocean and was thinking the villa had an ocean view. we ended up on the ground level with pool view ( not bad but not the view I thought I booked for)

Todo esta muy bien, el lugar muy bonito y amplio

Algunas toallas y sabanas no olían bien

Era un apartamento muy grande con terraza al jardín muy agradable. Había una verja que te daba seguridad y se aparcaba el coche dentro del recinto de la casa. Había una tienda cerca y un sitio para reservar excursiones enfrente. Le pedimos para dejar el coche hasta más tarde y no puso ningún inconveniente.

Yo pondría más cubiertos, platos y vasos. Había justo 5.

La ducha, salía muy poco agua y no calentaba

Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta, erityisesti Cecilia, joka auttoi kaikessa tarvittavassa ja vastasi aina nopeastl. Tilava huoneisto, ihana uima-allas. Pieni kauppa vieressä.

La ubicación y es tranquilo. Cuenta con todo lo necesario.

Apple ear pods went missing , Tracked to room than a laundry mat that the care taker took to do our laundry and when questioned denied . They were locked so no one could use. Last track location from apple was they were in an empty lot right next to villas . We spent the morning looking but no luck . App says they are still there . Needless to say can not recommend this hotel . Worst part is host said her staff would never take anything …….. and sadly when people leave from vacation there is no recourse .
