Hot water for shower did not work so it was cold water so they moved us to another room and water was only slightly cool (not as cold but not warm at all) but then they snuck in a $57.10 charge for the new room without letting us know. Scam! How do we dispute this charge to get refund on that?

This “MOTEL” in a good location but the motel is sooooo run down! Our bathroom door kept getting stuck! My grandson was too short to unstick the top so I had to get up each time to let him OUT! The shower was COLD DID NOT GET ANY HOT WATER! NO MICROWAVE NO FRIDGE! The good thing that came out of this was MR ANDY greeted me with a SMILE 😊! I guess he already knew I was going to be PISSED about my stay! DEFINITELY WILL NOT STAY AGAIN! Thank Heaven it was a 1 NIGHT STAY!

"Don't trust the hotel"

The hotel offered to set us up for transportation to miami port for a cruise. Night manager promised us 6 adults with an infant (carseat) and luggage. They could get us there for $55. I went back to double check that they could get all 7 of us there. We had a rental car that we could have used but decided to save time in the morning and return the car the night before. Next morning car shows up and there isn't close to enough room. They said we needed 2 cars and the cost would be double. We were stuck because we needed to get to the Port and hotel just walked away.
