"Excelente ubicacion y servicio"

La atencion del personal es muy buena. Todos eran muy atentos y serviciales. El desayuno era muy bueno y habia opcion de Omelette. La ubicacion es tranquila y hay muy buena playa. Si vuelvo alli, me hospedaria en el mismo hotel.

Lo unico que consideraria como malo es el precio. Es muy alto para USA. Pero entiendo que es por la zona.

"Staff needs customer service training."

Beach front location!

Front desk guy was not very helpful to us. Our flight had been delayed and we got in late and was hungry. He had no advice for us. Also the fire alarm went off at 5:52 am and everyone had to go downstairs but only one elevator worked. Pretty chaotic.
