Casa Marina Key West, Curio Collection by Hilton

Had a lovely overnight stay night at this property , from meeting Dewa whom was extremely nice genuine and hospitable. Dewa told us exactly how to enjoy / elevate our stay which I truly appreciate him for as well as making the check in process a breeze. The hostess at the restaurant with the blond hair greeted us graciously & gave us one of the best seats as far as views and breeze. Vanesa the server was phenomenal, she’s extremely sweet and attentive. She mentioned the catch of the day and from she said it was grouper I already knew what I wanted. Vanesa & Kyamari made our evening more special with surprising us with a cheesecake both my partner and I love for our anniversary. We enjoyed the food so much we returned to the bar later that evening to enjoy a burger , it was two ladies handling the bar Courtney and another lady with blond hair and a beautiful smile. They both worked together in ensuring I got what I wanted and more. BIG SHOUTOUT TO ROGERRRR , meeting Roger was the highlight of our trip, very communicative, attentive , & funny guy. Truly catering and genuine staff everyone seems so happy would most definitely return in the future.

Beautiful property, we could see the ocean from our bed which was amazing. Tim checked us in and he was amazing! A credit to the hotel. However, 4 stars instead of 5 as the seaweed created an awful smell meaning lying on the beach was quite unpleasant and we could smell it as soon as we left our room. Was okay by the pool. Just something to be aware of if booking at this time of the year.

My family and I visited Key West for vacation, and we chose this hotel for the private beach. We were disappointed to find the beach unusable because of all the sargassum. We understand this was no fault of the hotel, but we couldn’t spend ANY time at the beach because of the horrible smell of sargassum. Instead, we tried to spend a lot of time at the pool, but the water was warm and not at all refreshing after a day around Key West. The lobby was beautiful and reminded us of something from White Lotus. The rooms were small for a family of four and the bathrooms were VERY small. As Hilton diamond members we were surprised to have a room overlooking the street. Lastly, the onsite dinner restaurant was outrageously expensive for just mediocre food. For a resort we would have expected more, and we won’t stay here again when visiting Key West.

Though this hotel looks lovely it does not warrant the price! My husband and I have been to many Hilton and Marriott properties. He travels for business so we are high status for both. This property does not compare to others. The cost for two night this past weekend was over 275,000 points and $1300. Insane We thought this was going to be a special weekend. No! After staying at the Hilton in Charleston many times last year planning our daughter’s wedding where there were many amenities such as beautiful linens and towels, complimentary champagne in the afternoon, turn down service and excellent food to name a few, we were so excited to go to Key West. Casa Marina had none of these items. Breakfast was good but the service was lacking. We went elsewhere for dinners to avoid more disappointment. The room was oddly shaped without a clothes closet. There was a rod with hangers. No chairs or couch to relax on. We had to sit on the bed to watch the TV. The bathroom towels felt like sandpaper along with the thin toilet tissue. Again such a disappointment mostly due to the price we were charged. Stay away! There are plenty of options in Key West.

I had a very pleasant stay at Casa Marina Key West, Curio Collection by Hilton. The property is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff were professional and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Farida at the front desk. From the moment you arrive, she greets guests with a warm smile and genuine kindness. She was extremely helpful throughout my stay, and her professionalism and positive attitude truly enhanced my experience. Team members like Farida make guests feel valued and create lasting memories. There is, however, one point I would respectfully like to mention. Considering the already high room rates, I found the resort fee to be quite expensive. I understand that resort fees help cover additional amenities and services, but the current amount may feel excessive for some guests when combined with the accommodation cost. I hope the hotel will consider reviewing this pricing structure in the future so that guests continue to feel they are receiving exceptional value along with the excellent hospitality provided by the team. Thank you once again to Farida and the entire Casa Marina team for making my stay enjoyable.

1 star — Ruined my birthday. We arrived as a family — my husband, my daughter and me — to celebrate my birthday, something we had looked forward to for a long time. Instead, we were left waiting for THREE HOURS, soaking wet, because the staff could not get our luggage to our rooms. The problem was pure internal confusion and miscommunication between team members — nobody took ownership, nobody seemed to care. Because of this, our entire afternoon was destroyed. There was no time to rest, no time to recover, and no chance to enjoy the evening we had planned. We only had ONE day here, and it was my birthday, and the hotel's disorganized and indifferent staff managed to ruin it completely. A beautiful property means nothing when the service is this careless. I would not recommend staying here if you are celebrating something important. Deeply disappointing. The change of the room happened because the sold us room with a balcony but didn’t get it. And we have a dog that needs that

Had breakfast at Flagler Breakfast. Our server Gabor was awesome. He was pleasant, ever attentive, and helpful. When we had questions Gabor always came to the table with a smile and provided just what we needed. The pancakes were fluffy, enough for both of my kids. The avacado toast was rich and plentiful. The juevos rancheros were excellent. The mix of green salsa and beans were perfect with the egg and blue corn tortilla. We loved the visit.

Our stay at Casa Marina could not possibly have been better! Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The great food, beautiful views and wonderful staff make it easy to stay on site if venturing out to Key West is not your vibe. This was hands down the best beach getaway we have had to date and we will most definitely be back!
