The property is situated in a great location very close to the Arena and restaurants. The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and well appointed. Everything you need for a city break. The owner goes out of her way to make sure your stay is enjoyable.

Only a stone throw from the old town walls , 5min walk at most to the arena , lovely room and bathroom , quiet on a night . Linda the owner is Very friendly and helpful with lots of information and advice. Would definitely recommend

The room is conveniently located very near the center (Piazza Bra), in a quiet neighborhood. The bed is very comfy, and the water pressure in the shower is excellent.

"Good potential but requires improvement"

The lady who received us was really nice, kind and helpful. Location was good. Washing machine worked properly.

The bed wasn't comfortable at all. Had some very low quality bed sheets. The AC broke down at 10pm and the temperature was hellish. Had an awful night.
