Cleanliness and willingness of staff to work. Carpets are dirty and stained and everything else although functional but very old and heavily used.
USThe breakfast was pretty good. Location is under construction, so temporary room was kind of small. Wish they had more protein options but other than that is was fine.
The fold out bed wouldn’t fold back up after the first night so we couldn’t use it as a couch.
USUSThe location was great for a trip to Disney. It was very easy to walk to and from the park. Every single person I interact with the staff were wonderful. The morning breakfast was very good. The pool was small but adequate for my three-year-old granddaughter. The water was warm and clean. Our room was cleaning comfortable.
