Here is the TripAdvisor-safe version again, cleaned and ready to post: I recently stayed at Hotel Zoe and had a really lovely experience. The location is perfect for Fisherman’s Wharf—easy walking distance to the piers, restaurants, and attractions, yet still comfortable and relaxing. The standout part of my stay was the service at the front desk. A front desk associate was exceptionally kind, attentive, and extremely helpful. I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay, and everything was handled with ease and professionalism. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely return.

Perfect location! Amenities are simply everything you need! Water refilling station, free coffee in the morning and 15 dollar dining credit daily are just great!

From our first contact, the valet, to the last, every employee encountered as customer-service-oriented. The rooms were impeccably clean, neat and organized. The property is an easy walk to Pier 39 and Fisherman’s Wharf. It was a great place to stay as we (a set of grandparents) entertained our grandchildren on their beginning to their summer vacation!

Fantastic hotel. Ideally situated with really friendly and efficient staff. All requests were sorted immediately. Lovely, clean room. Would definitely recommend.

While the hotel is very handy if you plan on staying in the Fisherman's Wharf area, you need to realize that the hotel's restaurant is only open five days a week. I find this strange since it's part of the hotel, and a hotel is a place where people need a convenient place to eat while staying there. The restaurant was open for breakfast, and the staff and food there was very good. The hotel does not have a gym, but they has an agreement with a sister hotel in the area which was only a few blocks away. That hotel's gym was fair at best, with many of the dumbbells missing/no wipes to wipe down the machines.

Hotel Zoe was very accommodating from the time I booked till check out. Jeremy at the front desk and Azriel the bell hop/ valet were beyond amazing. They both went out of their way to be helpful. I was nice to stay somewhere that people remember your name instead of just saying sir. over our 2 day stay the staff was more than willing to give suggestions on local eateries and attractions that most miss. The room was nicely decorated and clean. All the linens smelled fresh and well stocked. During check out Emelda was very friendly and helpful. The staff thanked us multiple times for staying with them. They even shown great interest that we had a return stay already booked. You just don't see that type of customer service anymore. We can't wait to return for another stay.
