"Comfortable hotel close to JFK airport."

Beautiful spacious room, very comfortable bed and pillows, and a great shower. More space than usual for storing luggage. Latoya at the front desk was particularly helpful and even let us into our room before the 4 o’clock check-in.

Noisy air conditioner. For the price of the room, I would have expected breakfast to be included.

Convenient free shuttle. Facilities in the room good. Staff helpful. Comfy bed

After a long flight from the UK all I wanted was to go to sleep. However I didn't sleep well in fact hardly at all as there was constant loud noises just outside my window. In my view I should get a partial refund. Didn't have the energy to discuss with the reception team in the morning as I needed to go to the airport to catch an internal fight
