"Shout out to Benjamin and maintenance"

Am here now (texting from.beautiful lobby). Have been coming for years (married on the beach, check out YouTube Jonathan+Karen wedding. This trip BOTH the stove/microwave and dishwasher conked out. Benjamin replaced them both (better than before). Had to share before/after photo along with a shout up. Best beachfront resort in Florida (Heart of Palm Beach).

"Tremendous value & very high-effort staff"

We visited West Palm Beach for the first time last year and wanted to stay near the beach but didn't have a ton of money to spend. The place we stayed at sucked but we still had a blast. We thought this place would be an upgrade — it was that and then some. You'll see lots of complaints in user reviews about outdated rooms; there's no disagreeing with that, but everything is clean and works great. The pool and tiki bar were incredible and the food in the restaurant was awesome. All staff were so helpful, you can tell everyone involved with this hotel/resort works hard and makes the most of what they have. A bunch of bars and restaurants just around the corner, so close to the beach with direct access. We can't wait to go back!

"Palm Beach Shores on Singer Island"

Great calm atmosphere. access to the beach and ocean. . Just a great place to relax. Suites are not big enough for families but great for couples-there is a great variety of restaurants nearby in addition to the Tiki bar and on site restaurant

"Pleasant Surprise"

I had read some horrible reviews and actually backed out of my reservation and stayed at another, that place was horrible and this room was still available so I booked it thinking it could not be any worse than our present hotel and to my surprise we loved it here! Our room was very clean, housekeeping came in every day and emptied trash and made beds and gave us fresh towels. The atmosphere was beautiful the pool and convenience of the beach, everyone was super friendly. We had live music by the pool and in the restaurant at dinner. Food was great. Will def be back!

"Great stay in Palm Beach"

The resort had a nice laid-back vibe. We had a wonderful view, and the bed was super comfy. The location is great, and there is a good on-site restaurant. You can walk to a bunch of restaurants, too. The pool area and beach were well-maintained. The service and staff were excellent. I will definitely be coming back.

"Favorite beach resort!"

The resort is located on the beach. Most, but not all units have at least a partial ocean view. The resort shows it's age, but they are continuing to renovate areas of the building and the rooms. There is a restaurant and Tiki bar on site with excellent food, with other restaurants within walking distance. There is a lovely pool and hot tub, and direct beach access to their private beach. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas or bring your own chairs to their beach. If you bring your own umbrella, you will need to move to the public beach, which is adjacent to this beach.
