Good location in Philadelphia. Coffee and tea always available.

The best part of our stay was the exceptional service by a front desk staff Cathie (sp?). Not only she went above and beyond to let us check in early AND check us out late, she did all of these requests with grace and smile! She totally made our stay much easier and enjoyable!

Zentral, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Parkhaus gleich um die Ecke. Für Hotelgäste gibt es Rabatt. Trotzdem nicht ganz billig, aber das ist halt so in grossen Städten.

Eine Nachttischlampe hat gefehlt.

Location was close to everything, hotel was clean, room was very comfortable but, most of all, the staff were incredible. Everyone from the managers to the housekeepers were friendly and accommodating!

No restaurant or breakfast, but there are plenty of choices for food in the area

The location was in the middle of downtown and didn’t feel safe to walk around at night. There also is not a bar in the hotel.

I liked the possibility of fully e- check-in and chek-out.

The room view was completely devastating. Nothing ...If the window was not there, nothing would be wrong.

Toilet didn’t flush properly and the plug in bathroom didn’t work. No bar.
