I liked the cleanliness. There was an issue with the toilet seat needing to be replaced. It was done quickly.

I didn't like the gate noise. Late in the evening, people coming in through the gate, it slammed shut. The first day, the maid was at my door before I even got to get showered and dressed. After that, I kept the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. It would be nice to have a continental breakfast available. The gym stationary bike needs fixing or replaced.
