The apartment feels like you're at home with all the negative aspects of being home like loud neighbors, dirty kitchen utensils, broken shower heads, etc. You're not feeling like a customer but rather a problem-solver. Specifically: 1. We had to ask and remind the staff 3 times to bring us gas so we can cook. 2. The kitchen utensils are dirty. Coffee cups have remaining of tea and coffee that can't be washed away. Kettles are dirty. Coated pans are scratched (this one is very unhealthy so avoid using it if you can!!!). 3. We had a broken shower head and reminded the staff 2 times to fix it. Nothing happened. I believe it's still there (good luck!). 4. They forgot to clean our apartment once so I had to remind the staff to clean it 5. The bath tub and the sink in the bathroom are dirty. On top of that there's mold on the ceiling and on the light switch. 6. The most annoying part: You can hear the neighbors around you (from the top, left and right). This is because of 2 controllable issues and 1 uncontrollable issue: 1. Poor isolation and materials (construction issue; controllable), 2. Staff tolerating partying and loud customers (value issue; controllable), and 3. the lack of self-awareness from neighbors (social intelligence issue; uncontrollable). As you can see, the common thread is: Dirt, noise & reminding staff to do their work. If the manager reads this: This is NOT entirely the staff's fault it is YOUR fault. A fish rots from the head down. The hotel claims to be a 4-star hotel. We have switched from a 3-star hotel before with a much better experience. So at best, this is a 3-star hotel but charges you like a 4-star hotel. Expect to be a problem-solver. Perfect if you literally want to feel at home and fix broken stuff. Not so good if you just want to be a customer and relax. Lastly, they are overcharging for bike rentals. 150k / day for a scoopy (small bike). For this price you can get an NMAX.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely enjoyed the easy pool access from the junior suite. WiFi was very good. Smart TV in rooms

Was just a little far from cafes/ restaurants but staff were very helpful in sorting a scooter for us to hire.

The hotel is very easy to find, and it is very quiet and clean.We can easily visit the surrounding attractions.

Such comfortable bed, kindest staff, best pool. So peaceful and away from the centre but not too far.
