Good rate and great location for our needs.

There was a very loud fight going on last nite for about 1/2 hrs on floor below us at around 9:30 pm.

The environment was very tranquil. The facility was well managed The room was extremely clean The bed was very comfortable The bathroom was well equipped The amenities were appreciated

Maybe my only suggestions wluld be that the bathroom might have some hooks that are not placed so high on the back of the door because I am only 5'4 and I couldn't reach up there to hang anything. The other issue that crossed my mind was that a rug or mat would be nice because the floor was very very cold on our feet

The pool

The fact that they charge an exorbitant amount of money for parking it doesn’t matter if you’re a guest there or not and then they have a $300 deposit that I still haven’t got back. I supposedly it takes five days.

The room smelled old, musty and mildly like mildew. Water pressure was low. Soap scum build up in the corners of the shower. The location is the worst area of San Francisco. Quiet hours do not exist. All hours of the day and night employees and guests are loud. Seems to be in the middle of a remodel. I’m not sure is my room had already been remodeled or not but either way it wasn’t worth the price. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Half the light switches did not work.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. A special thank you to Sam at the front desk for the excellent customer service. Sam was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay, making the experience even better. I truly appreciate the hospitality and would definitely stay here again!
