La struttura si trova in una zona molto servita dai mezzi pubblici e ideale per raggiungere a piedi i punti di interesse principali di Palermo, a due passi dalla Vucciria e dalla chiesa di San Domenico, ma nello stesso tempo fuori dalla confusione e dal traffico. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile a dare informazioni e suggerimenti. La colazione si ordina il giorno precedente e viene servita nell'area comune oppure può essere consumata in camera. Le dimensioni della camera e del bagno sono adeguate e complete di tutto, con letto comodo e bagno finestrato. Bisogna fare attenzione all'ultima parte della scala di accesso che può risultare impegnativa per chi ha problemi o bagagli molto ingombranti.
