"Hotel Fiona experience"

Visited the bay area for a concert nearby. The location was perfect, and it came with gated underground parking. I was immediately met with a cozy and comfortable lobby with a friendly customer service member, Sam who was super accommodating to our needs. As well we werenโ€™t sure about a couple things about the greater bay area and the manager, Edward was able to give us some much needed clarity. I will be coming back if I find myself in downtown again.

Terrible staff. I was greeted as if I had arrived at their home uninvited. The floors in the room were dirty, and the worst part was the strong smell of old furniture. I stayed there for two days, and all of my clothes ended up smelling like it because I hung them in the closet area. The breakfast was disappointing as well โ€” the rolls and pastries were clearly stale and not fresh. Unfortunately, my overall experience was very negative. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to others.
