Location

Check-in was disappointing. Staff did not recognise my Diamond status and insisted I had Gold status and did not want to give me a free breakfast. Initially, I was given a very stinky standard room with no upgrade. I complained, and another staff member gave me another room. It was still a standard room with no upgrade. At checkout, I noticed that my credit card for the refund was changed to another one. It took about one hour to fix this issue.
