La ubicación.

No se si es un problema del hotel o de Booking, ya que cotice con desayuno pero no quisieron darlo. O me robo el hotel o booking me engaño y por ello tuve un gasto superior al planeado.

How central it is, very close to BART and tram stops outside hotel. The decor of the hotel was really nice.

The fan on the ceiling was clicking the whole time and I had to leave it on overnight because the room got very hot. Room is compact, maybe tricky with two people sharing but fine for single use.

facility is clean, very convenient to everything.

the person that night when I checked in, he had hard time finding my reservation even I already gave him my reservation confirmation. that's the only problem I encountered. the following day the receptionist was very helpful and and very courteous.
